Newer cottage w/ brand new pontoon boat included in rent. right on the water! 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on 1,300 acre pickerel lake on its own secluded bay with a newer pontoon boat. sleeps 6 to 8 people. we just bought a superb 2018 model pontoon boat with a 4-stroke engine, live-well and more. we are close to the water. 1996 tracker boat. pontoon cabin cruiser. 36' (bow to stern) 8'6" beam. cabin is 18' 6" long. i believe the boat has been in fresh water only. i would say that it is in very good condition for a boat of this age. it's very solid, water tight and well taken care of. no smoking or pets inside cabin. original mercury 115 hp, 2 cycle outboard engine.
