Posted: (8 days ago) newer cottage w/ brand new pontoon boat included in rent. right on the water! 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on 1,300 acre pickerel lake on its own secluded bay with a newer pontoon boat. sleeps 6 to 8 people. we just bought a superb 2018 model pontoon boat with a 4-stroke engine, live-well and more. we are close to the water. Pontoon houseboat, trailer-able 8' wide x 35' long. everything is in very good condition & was totally remodeled 2 years ago. boat has aluminum pontoons & solid aluminum under the carpet & wood floors. also has carpet on upper sun deck.
